DAVANT was established in 1989 by David Merrick who started the business working out of a portacabin on a farm in rural Herefordshire selling pipe insulation into plumber’s merchants.
In 2019 DAVANT celebrated 30 years and remains part of the LINTHWAITE GROUP.
As an independently owned business, DAVANT takes pride in selling over 5,000 products, predominantly into the independent building and plumbing merchant sector.
We maintain very strong stock levels of high quality products which we deliver from our Distribution Centre in Herefordshire.
ACHIEVEMENTS & GROWTH IN THE 2020’S
Our investment of over £4 million in tooling and machinery for extrusions and injection moulding fittings has enabled us to significantly expand our UK manufacturing footprint.
